Thank you to Kohl’s Department Stores and its customers for their gift of $515,805 to Boston Children’s Hospital! Donations were collected from Boston-area Kohl’s stores through the Kohl’s Cares® program. This gift will support Kohl’s and Boston Children’s Hospital’s Healthy Family Fun Program, which is a campaign that supports healthy childhood weight by promoting fun, low-cost, family-oriented activities and resources in Boston’s neighborhoods. The program also works with the Boston Public Schools to help educate families about health and wellness. Kohl’s sells $5 books and plush toys and 100 percent of the net profit benefits children’s health and education programs nationwide, including hospital partnerships like this one.
